With the continual development and improvement upon the material of High Speed Steel (HSS), JiangSu DongYe Roll Co., Ltd. had presented this material to the domestic market and abroad successfully as well as received the satisfactions of our honored customers.
Our products of HSS ( rolls and ring rolls) were made by Spun/Centrifugal casting and mainly applied to hot rolling mills for the production of rods, bars, rebars, strip steels and etc., especially for the stands on where there had a small hot deformation milling, e.g. for the finishing stands of rods, bars and rebars, for the back segment of the pre-finishing section of the strip steels ( generally, before the finishing stands). The barrel hardness of HSS products could satisfy 80~90 HSD, that means the higher wear-resistant capacity for the millings as well as the higher capacity of life-time total output and rate of Cost Efficient comparing with the other materials such as Bainite (Acicular nodular) and etc..
During the research and development of the HSS material, our technicians had conquered the difficulties in the process of foundry, heat-treatment, mechanical processing and etc., modified and optimized the technology and manufacturing processes of the HSS production according to the requirements and practice custom of our honored customers as well as presented the stable and ever improving quality of the HSS products. |
