Its strength and toughness are higher than those of pearlite ductile iron rolling rolls, and its wear resistance is also better than the latter. These rollers can be produced through static casting and centrifugal casting. To ensure optimal performance of sGA rollers, we may recommend using CCSGA for better strength and hardness. We will also assist you with hole design, with the goal of minimizing roll failures and damages to the greatest extent possible. We can provide you with barrel radii ranging from 300mm to 1500mm.
